Tai Chi & Qigong

Come experience the calming, grounding effects of Tai Chi and Qigong—and leave feeling more centered, relaxed, and energized. 

This class offers an introduction to the ancient practices of Tai Chi and Qigong—time-honored movement arts that promote balance, flexibility, relaxation, and overall well-being. Rooted in traditional Chinese medicine, both practices emphasize the cultivation and smooth flow of “Qi” (life energy) through mindful, peaceful movement, breath, and awareness.  Sometimes known as a meditation, or medication, in motion.

Sue has been practicing these disciplines for 15 years, and have taught on and off for 10 years. She is a lover, and firm believer in the disciplines for overall well being and health.  She is passionate about sharing my knowledge and find great joy watching as my class flows.
